🟢 SPARK Your Potential – Secondary (Year 7-12)
Parent/Carer and adolescent for Week 1 to 6.
🗓️ Saturdays starting 2 August ending 6 September
⏰ Time: 2:00pm – 3:30pm
📍 Location: ADHD WA Hub – 109 Montgomery Ave, Mount Claremont
💲 Cost: $125 per session / $750 for the full 6-week program.
Medicare rebate available using code 80122 – read more in the FAQ below.
Cost with medicare rebate (if eligible): approx $95 per session / $570 for the full program
