Clients with ADHD often struggle with executive functioning skills. This includes understanding how to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, switching between tasks, getting started on big assignments, and studying for exams. It is also important to regulate emotions, and manage frustrations and self-doubt when faced with challenges.
The program commences on Thursday 3 August from 8:15am to 9:45am, and runs for seven weeks, with the subsequent sessions on 10, 17, 24, 31 August, 7 September and the final session on 14 September
