NOTICE OF AGM
WEDNESDAY 22 JUNE | 7PM
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members of the ADHD Western Australia Inc. (“ADHD WA”) will be held in the Conference Room at The Niche, 11 Aberdare Road, Nedlands, WA 6009 on Wednesday 22nd June 2022, at 7:00 pm AWST.
Due to COVID, registration of your attendance is mandatory. If you wish to attend, please register your attendance here.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, but are a member and would like to vote by proxy, please complete and sign the enclosed Proxy Form and return by post or in person to ADHD WA, The Niche, Suite B, 11 Aberdare Road, Nedlands 6009; or email to hello@adhdwa.org so that it is received not later than 4pm on Wednesday 22nd June 2022.
