PLEASE NOTE: These are COUPLES TICKETS.
You only need to purchase ONE tickets per couple which registers both parties of a couple.
As TWO adults will be attending, attendees require an ADHD WA Family Membership. If you already have an Adult or Concession ADHD WA Membership you can upgrade whilst purchasing your ticket below.

FEE AGREEMENT
Registration and payment mean I understand I am expected to pay the course fee in advance of the start of the course, and I am not entitled to a refund for non-attendance.
- Participants need to be able to commit to the 2 half-day sessions
- Minimum 5 and maximum 10 couples
- Medicare rebates no not apply
Registrations for this program close at 4:00pm Monday 1 April unless sold out prior as places are limited.
