Mindful Self-Compassion Group

Clients with ADHD often struggle with self-compassion. Self-compassion is being warm and kind to oneself when we encounter pain, failure, or perceived inadequacy. The Mindful Self-Compassion Group Program is focused on enhancing self-compassion and mindfulness, enhancing overall wellbeing, and helping to tackle the hurdles and challenges of everyday life that can accompany ADHD.
The program commences on Friday 9 June from 8:15am to 9:45am, and runs for six weeks, with the subsequent sessions on Fridays, 16, 23, 30 June, 7 July and the final session on 14 July.
