Details for Term 4 | SPARK Your Resilience

👨‍👦 Primary School Aged Child and a Parent/Carer

🗓️ Date: Thursdays in late October and November
The program commences on Thursday 24 October 2024 and runs for six weeks, with subsequent sessions on 31 October, 7 November, 14 November, 21 November, and the final session on 28 November.

⏰ Time: 4:30pm – 6:00pm

📍Location: The ADHD WA Hub – 109 Montgomery Ave, Mount Claremont

Cost: $116.67 per session / $700 for the full 6-week program.
With medicare rebate (if eligible): approx $85.45 per session / $513 for the full program

Medicare rebate with a valid referral under Group Therapy Code 80122 (read more below)
Note: you do not need a referral to book or participate.  You can get the referral after booking if you are eligible.

Important to note before registering:

• SPARK is a talk-therapy based program run by Psychologists, that focuses on building collaborative tools for parents and kids
• The program format resembles a small classroom, including workbooks, breaks, and activities
• The facilitators are experienced in running group programs and will make adaptations to help participants reach their individual goals
• As this program is practical and collaborative, each child must be accompanied by a Parent/Carer for every session. Both parents/carers and children will participate in the session
• Please refrain from bringing siblings if they are not registered
