ADHD WA Welcomes Re-Elected WA Government and $1.2 Million Commitment to ADHD Support

ADHD WA would like to congratulate the Premier and his Government on their successful re-election.

ADHD WA, along with the rest of the State look forward to the implementation of the plans and pledges put forward in the election campaign.

The commitment by the WA Labor Party to support people with ADHD and address the waitlists for health care and services will make a significant difference to many people in Western Australia.

ADHD WA looks forward to working with the re-elected Government to implement the services promised in its $1.2 million pledge to provide support, information, and wraparound services for individuals and families in WA.

ADHD affects 1 in 20 individuals in Australia. The services ADHD WA will provide under this funding will ensure those impacted by ADHD have access to accurate and practical information and support services. This will assist to reduce the impact of ADHD on individuals, families, schools and the wider community and will be based on evidence-based practice and supported by our skilled and experienced staff.
