Notice of Annual General Meeting
Dear ADHD WA Members,
We are notifying you that an Annual General Meeting of members of ADHD Western Australia Inc. (“ADHD WA”) will be held online on Monday 22nd May 2023, at 6:30 pm AWST, via Zoom.
It is mandatory to RSVP and register your attendance before the AGM. Please register no later than Thursday 18th May 2023.

If you are unable to attend the AGM, but are a member and would like to vote by proxy, please complete and sign the Proxy Form and return by:
- Post or deliver in person to ADHD WA, The Niche, Suite B, 11 Aberdare Road, Nedlands 6009, or
- Email to lucia@adhdwa.org
so that it is received no later than 4pm on Monday 22nd May 2023.
