Sleep Group Program

People with ADHD often struggle with sleep. This includes morning and evening routines, getting to sleep, quality of sleep and developing healthy sleep habits. This program focuses on how to optimise sleeping patterns.
The program commences on Thursday 2 November from 8:15am to 9:45am, and runs for six weeks, with the subsequent sessions on Thursday 9, 16, 23, 30 November, and the final session on 7 December.
