Monthly Online Adult Peer Support Group

Even though it may feel like it sometimes, you’re not alone.

In fact, there are many others, just like you, who have similar challenges, triumphs, and experiences. Connect with others in a safe environment, develop new skills, and share your experiences.

“You can’t underestimate how important it is to feel understood and have a sense of belonging — it’s like finding your tribe.”

This is a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for people with a shared experience of living with ADHD.

Receive support — and support others — through encouragement, compassion, and advice, and discover new ways of dealing with everyday challenges. We’d love to have you join us.

Our online Support Group is a safe place for people to discuss personal matters and recordings are not permitted. All participants must have their camera and mic on in order to participate. Please do not be offended if we ask you to turn your camera on and unfortunately you will be asked to leave if you are unable to do so. This is a sign of respect to all participants and the privacy of the group.
